Hi and happy Stampede to all who are partaking in the festivities, As many of you know, Phil is now coaching the Alberta Ski Team which has led to a shuffle within our club along with a new hire and the return of Curtis. We wish Phil all the best in his new role and look forward to having the AST spend some time at the lake this coming season. With that move, I'm excited to announce our coaching roster for the coming season and would like to welcome Max Favre who will be joining us from France. He promises to bring a very strong understanding of technique having completed his certifications in Europe and will add a new perspective to our team.
Have the best summer, Gavin PreziosiExecutive Director, Lake Louise Ski Clubs New this summer we are offering both trampoline and water ramp training to our athletes registered for the 2025-2026 season! You have all received detailed information in your inboxes (June 26 & July 4). Both programs are available to all U12 and older athletes across Freeride, Race and Grizzlies. Grizzlies parents - if you have younger athletes interested in water ramp training, reach out to our Freeride Head Coach, Thibault De Sainte Maresville, directly. Any questions about training can also be directed to Thibault. Trampoline at The Spot YYCTrampoline sessions will once again be held at The Spot YYC in August on Tuesday evenings, running August 5 - 26. Each night will consist of 2 separate sessions, 5PM - 6PM and 6PM - 7PM. In addition to our program fees, athletes will need to pay the drop-in fee, or consider purchasing a membership pass. You will be invoiced by LLFSC before the sessions start. Payment must be made in full to participate. Water Ramp Training in Red DeerThe water ramp camp will be August 29-31, ending the summer holidays with a splash! We recommend athletes signup for all three days to maximize progression.
