Athleticism & Baseline Testing for our BMC 2 Day and Race Athletes

It's time to level up!

The LLSC is excited to roll out our new partnership with Ascent Health and Sport Therapy in Calgary. All of our athletes enrolled in our two-day programs plus BMC one-day born 2014 and older are encouraged to take advantage of Ascent's state of the art sport science technology for concussion baseline testing and functional movement screening at no additional cost! 

Once the athletes have been assessed, they will receive their results along with any recommended exercises to add to their fitness training to optimize their training, movement patterns and limit risk of injury.

​Time Slots Available: Mondays, Sept 9, 16, 23 & 30 with two time slots available each night. 7-8pm and 8-9pm. 

Signup is your responsibility; we encourage athletes in the same programs to come together so they can get to know each other pre-season and build an early community without face masks and helmets on.
