• Families are responsible for updating Credit Card information on RAMP Interactive should payments fail/cancel
• A 48 hour window will be given to process failed payments in RAMP.  After which the payment will be subject to a 5% (up to $200) administration fee. RAMP sends email notifications immediately when payments fail to process.
  • Deadline for base program fee payment – October 15
  • Deadline for race and comp accounts and add-on payments – as indicated in RAMP at time of registration (schedule is also available on the RAMP receipt provided via email upon completion of registration)
• Athletes must be registered, and payments must be up to date to attend any club training, racing, comps, dryland or travel
• Parents must be in good standing with the Club to participate in AASA, ACA, Freestyle Alberta, Freestyle Canada and FIS Sanctioned events
• Payments not received within a month of notification from Member Services will incur Administration Fees and Athlete Suspension established until balances are paid in full.
