2026-2027 Registration Guide Ski Club Pro
Follow the steps below to create a new Ski Club Pro account, add all family members, and register your athletes for the 2026-2027 season.
Step 1: Create Account
1. Go to https://lakelouiseskiclubs.skiclubpro.team and create a new account; you will be taken to your “Dashboard”.
2. Add all family members, including parents/guardians and athletes, to your household. NOTE: You will be prompted to add an insurance policy number at this stage; this is not required for any household member.
Step 2: Purchase Memberships
1. Under “Register” in the left-hand column select “Memberships” first. Add the LLSCs Family Membership and the Parent/Volunteer Code of Conduct to your cart one at a time. This is done once per household.
a. New this year, only one parent/guardian needs to sign the Parent/Volunteer Code of Conduct on behalf of each family. However, all parents/guardians who interact with club staff, members, and athletes are expected to follow the Code of Conduct.
b. Do NOT complete payment yet.
IMPORTANT: Both memberships must be in your cart before you can check out.
Step 3: Register for Programming
This season, registration for all three clubs can be accessed through one Ski Club Pro account, and MOST add-ons are available immediately.
Navigate to “Register” in the left-hand column and select “Programs” to view base programs. Use the filters at the top of the page to view programming available for your athlete(s). Click the “Register” button) to the right of the program description (you may need to scroll to the right on smaller screens) then select the athlete/household member from the dropdown menu to sign them up.
Do NOT complete payment until you have completed step 2 and 3 below.To register additional athletes, navigate back to “Programs” in the left-hand menu and repeat Step 1. Do this for as many athletes as needed.
Once all base programs are in your cart, navigate to “Series” in the left-hand menu to register for optional add-ons.
a. Use the filters at the top, either type or age, to limit the list to only those add-ons available for your athlete.
b. Select “Register Single Event” to review individual program descriptions.
c. Select “Continue to Register” to select multiple add-ons in a series at once, then hit the ‘Submit” button to add them to your cart. Repeat this step if you have multiple athletes
d. Review Club and Program Specific Details below for notes before checking out.
Step 4: Checkout
Once all desired programs and add-ons have been added to your cart you can proceed to checkout.
Review your selected programs in your cart.
Select Instalment Payments at the bottom of your screen before you proceed to the payment page
Instalment payments will divide your total at checkout into equal monthly payments, where the final payment scheduled for October 15th, 2026.
If you reach the payment page and have missed the instalment option, select the “Edit” button to change your payment method.
IMPORTANT: Before completing checkout, confirm that both required memberships are in your cart, all athletes have been added, all desired programs and add-ons are included, and your preferred payment option has been selected. You will be blocked from checking out if you do not have both memberships in your cart.
Club and Program Specific Details:
Grizzlies
· Grizzlies and Grizzlies Plus add-ons are listed in separate “Series”. Please make sure to select the corresponding add-on to the base program you’ve selected for your athlete(s).
Race
· Families registering U12 and U14 athletes will have the option to add Winsport, Thursday and Friday packages before selecting any “Series” add-ons.
· Families registering U16 and FIS athletes will have the option to add and pay a deposit for the preseason camp options before selecting any “Series” add-ons.
Freeride
· Airbag is listed as a separate “Series” from the Freeride add-ons because each day is sold separately.
Please register for a MAXIMUM of four sessions.
All Clubs Dryland
· All dryland options are located under a separate “Series”.
· CSI Strength & Conditioning is available to Race and Freeride athletes with YOB 2014 – 2008.
· Summer Dryland Camps are available to Grizzlies, Race and Freeride athletes with YOB 2016 – 2008.
· Fall field dryland is included for all Race, Freeride and G12 athletes this season so you will not see an add-on for this. Details TBC.
