Call for Silent Auction Donations

Our first LLSC Online Silent Auction is already off to a great start! Through the work of our Silent Auction Committee, businesses and organizations outside our membership have committed close to $9,000 value in donations — giving us an incredible foundation for what has the potential to be a significant fundraiser for our club.

Now we need our LLSCs families to get their donations confirmed!

Many families indicated that they would participate in the auction, but so far, only a small number have let us know what they will actually be contributing. If you haven't already connected with Sarah Booker now is the time to start pulling your donation together and let us know what it will be.

A quick reminder that we are asking participating families to contribute a new, non-perishable item with a minimum value of $50 per athlete. Families with multiple athletes can combine this into one larger donation.

Some ideas include:

• Gift certificates or restaurant vouchers

• Sporting goods, outdoor gear or ski accessories

• Gift-worthy products, home items or gourmet treats

• Family activities or experiences

• Accommodation or vacation stays

• Products or services from a business you have a personal connection with

Let's build some momentum and get our LLSC family donations confirmed! You don't need to wait until you have the item in hand. Please email fundraising@lakelouiseskiclubs.ca with what you are planning to contribute as soon as possible so Sarah and the committee can begin building the auction catalogue and know what is coming. All donations need to be in hand and ready by October 17, 2026.
