Silent Auction Donations – Next Steps

Our LLSC Online Silent Auction is taking shape, and we’re now ready to start collecting the donations pledged by our club families. If you have already donated, THANK YOU!!!

If you opted in to participate in the Silent Auction when you registered your athlete, we now need to hear from you!

Please email fundraising@lakelouiseskiclubs.ca with details of what you are planning to donate.  Once we have your donation, we can start organizing donations and building the auction catalogue.

A quick reminder that participating families are asked to contribute a new, non-perishable item with a minimum value of $50 per athlete. Families with more than one athlete can combine their contribution into one larger donation.

Getting Your Donation to Us 

Once you have emailed your donation details, we will put you in touch with a Silent Auction Committee member in your area who can arrange a handover. Or you can bring your donation to any of the following events:

Additional Drop Off Options Include: 

·      Calgary Dryland Training on October 5 at 7:00pm.

·      Canmore Dryland Training on October 7 at 5:30pm.

·      Calgary CSI Training on October 8 at 5:00pm.

If you are planning to bring your donation to any of the sessions above, please email fundraising@lakelouiseskiclubs.ca beforehand to let us know what you are donating and that you intend to use the Dryland drop-off.

Let's keep the momentum going and get our LLSC family donations confirmed! The sooner we know what is coming, the sooner the committee can get everything organized, build the auction catalogue and be ready for the auction.

We need donations ready and in hand by 17th October.
