2024-2025 Volunteer Policy
Parent volunteers are the foundation of the Lake Louise Ski Clubs (LLSCs). This policy outlines the volunteer requirements and opportunities for the 2024-2025 season. We encourage all member families to contribute to our community throughout the year. Volunteering is not only essential for the operation of our programs and keeping fees as low as possible, but also provides opportunities for parents to model the RISE principles of Respect, Integrity, Sportsmanship, and Excellence that LLSCs stands for to their athletes.
In addition to fulfilling necessary roles, volunteering fosters a strong social community and provides an excellent opportunity to build relationships with other members. The shared experiences and collaborative efforts help to create lasting connections and a supportive environment for both athletes and their families. While volunteering is a requirement of LLSCs, the personal growth, ski community bonding, and sense of accomplishment when delivering incredible programs and events for our athletes is invaluable. Thank you!
