time to RISE up

With 2024 already here, I'd like to remind you all of how far you've come since your first day on snow this season.

Many of you are entering the competitive phase of the season and feel it's important for you to recognize that you are ready and remember that this is a big reason why you put in all the work. 

All of your teammates will have varying goals and expectations this time of year and while this is an individual sport, you wouldn't be where you are without your teammates. Now is the time to embrace the values that RISE teaches us and be there to Support your teammates, be there to pick them up if needed and celebrate all the wins, regardless of their magnitude.
