U14 Athletes to Compete at Alberta Winter Games

Congratulations to the following athletes; Waverly Balfour, Emilio Hrazdira, Tyler McKay, Matthew Ellis, and Tegan Anderson (alternate), who have qualified to compete at Alberta Winter Games February 16th - 19th 2024!

This years games are the make up games for the 2022 season when they were cancelled due to Covid. The Top U14s from all over Alberta will be meeting in Grand Prairie to compete in their respective disciplines. 

Alberta Alpine hosted a South Zone qualifying event at Norquay on January 6th and 7th that selected athletes out of each zone to compete in the AWG Alpine Skiing competition.  All our LLSC athletes represented us well and out of the 10 athletes + 2 alternates per zone selected for the AWGs we are proud that our five LLSC athletes made this criteria!
